The Hill @ One North developer Kingsford Development is a subsidiary arm of Kingsford Group in Hong Kong since more than 20 years ago under Kingsford Investment. Since incorporation, they have been involved in a number of real estate related businesses including and not limited to real estate development, manufacturing and property management among others. Their operations have since expanded to various Asia countries, main focus being in Singapore, Australia and Mainland China developing residential and commercial properties.

Kingsford Development was founded by Mr Cui Zhengfeng. Originally from Shenyang, China, he kick started the firm as a manufacturer and property developer. Recognizing a potential in Singapore’s real estate landscape, Kingsford put in their first land bid in 2012 and won, this is where their maiden residential development Kingsford Hillview Peak at Hillview Avenue was born. To create a stronger foothold locally, they continued to contest for 2 large plot of land in Upper Serangoon View via a government land sales. With strong determination and confidence, they emerged winner and proceeded to develop the largest residential project then, the Kingsford Waterbay. It is a 1162 unit apartment project which also houses retail shops and a childcare centre.

Determined to anchor Kingsford as one of the Trusted Local Brand in Singapore, founder Mr Cui applied and became a citizen and is based here for his business operations. Following the successful results of The Hill @ One North which is a 1862 units development in just 18 months, the firm then contested for Parcel B of Slim Barracks Rise which will be The Hill @ One North in the Buona Vista/One North precinct.

After many years of striving, Kingsford have achieved numerous awards both overseas and locally, such as the Singapore Prestige Brand Award – Global Brands in 2019 organised by Association of Small & Medium Enterprises. With the ever high demand of housing in the District 05 precinct, the The Hill @ One North Condo is highly anticipated by home stayers and investors in the precinct.
