Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

The Pasir Panjang Road real estate extends 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the area of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the team obtained the residential property vacant.

Chong Ching Yeng, chief business specialist of Coliwoo, says that the brand is thrilled to increase its co-living profile throughout the city edge following the opening of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the need among students and functioning professionals for lasting yet adaptable stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang flaunts ease and convenience free from endangering on quality, particularly through its prime location in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”

The new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and around 1km from Curtin University. Placed for accessibility, it is a brief travel from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD through Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The vicinity also uses closeness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.

Coliwoo plans to open extra co-living real estates in numerous areas next year, consisting of River Valley Roadway, Rangoon Roadway, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Avenue and Arab Street.

The spaces on the Pasir Panjang property are created with maritime themes, integrating light grey hues and vibrant marine blue shades to show the seaside ties of the location. All bedrooms are self-contained studio units with support services, consisting of a self-service mobile application, an onsite assistant and housekeeping.

Coliwoo has recently started its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey building at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand name, a co-living branch among the realty administration solutions group LHN Group, told in its statement last September that it had obtained the Pasir Panjang real estate for $30 million.
